I’m passionate about treating individuals and couples who are stuck and struggling with childhood trauma, addiction, intimacy and emotional issues. Trauma certified, Reiki, Brainspotting and EFT trained, incorporating the mind body connection to heal, create change, improve relationships and one's quality of life.
I have a genuine, comfortable attitude which allows my clients to feel safe and connected. My treatment philosophy is to tailor my approach to the needs of each client, slow down reactions, break down barriers and hold a secure space for exploration and growth.
