I have served children, individuals, groups and families on the South Shore for over 20 years. I bring a unique perspective and skill set to my work with my clients. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship with each client. I seek to empower my clients to grow in resilience, work towards their goals through insight and acknowledging the value and importance of struggles and “seemingly” small successes.
I love to laugh and find humor a necessary part of this work. My core beliefs are that most of us have “the answers” right inside of ourselves. My goal is to re-introduce you to the parts of you with the “answers” and help you learn to listen more closely to your heart.
I use an integrative approach incorporating a variety of therapeutic interventions and strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Narrative and Internal Family Systems and a strength-based approach to create a tailored treatment plan that meets the individual needs and goals.
