I am an RN and a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in areas including anxiety, depression, coping skills, life transitions, and grief, amongst others. Utilizing CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR are few of the interventions to propel the clients towards their achievement of goals and independency.
Possessing a mental health nursing background along with counseling has equipped me to understand not only the psychosocial aspect but also the medical challenges client's face. My Christian faith has assisted me meet the clients at their crossroads of their spiritual walk.
