Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and feelings of aimlessness are common challenges many people face. As a comprehensive outpatient therapist, I support individuals from their teens to late adulthood through various psychological difficulties. I use humanistic and existential approaches, focusing on non-medication methods to empower clients. My goal is to help clients develop a sense of agency and succeed outside of therapy.
