Everyone wants to live a life with self-compassion and strong connections to those they care about most, but sometimes we need some help along the way. Therapy can be intimidating, so my number one priority is to provide an environment of safety and trust. For me, the road to healing begins when we recognize that we are each our own worst critic, and that it is okay to not be perfect all the time. I strongly believe that therapy is a collaborative experience, and my main goal is for you to leave each session feeling uplifted, hopeful and one step closer to reaching your personal goals.
There is nothing more disheartening than when loss, sadness, anxiety and life difficulties are the first thing you think of in the morning, and the last thing you think of before going to bed. Together, we will work to keep these negative emotions from taking over, and replace them with feelings of security, connectedness and hope.
It is time to start feeling better, and I am here to be the support you need to take the first steps. It is time to start living your life, and enjoying the things you love again. Together we will work to accept the things you cannot change, and improve the things you can. Give my office a call or request an appointment on our website!
