I am passionate, determined and focused to help clients want to develop into the best version of themselves. I utilize various approaches as a counselor to help my clients work on the challenges that life brings while helping them to achieve the peace and balance they desire. I mainly utilize person centered, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral therapy in order to help clients reach their goals and benefit from their therapy experience.
