Making the decision to see a therapist is not easy, so if you’ve made it this far I congratulate you! Maybe you are suffering from a huge loss or traumatic event that you can't seem to move past. Is anxiety taking over your life, making it hard to function or be present? Or are you just completely burned out by parenting, work, or relationships, and searching for balance and peace in your life? If this sounds like you, I believe I can help. I have worked as a therapist for over 15 years, and in my experience I've seen that anxiety and trauma are prevalent in almost all of us. There is hope.

My passion is helping people overcome obstacles and truly learn how to care for and love themselves. I have a strengths based, client-centered approach, which means I use one of many therapeutic applications depending on my client's needs. I am most concerned with creating a safe environment which is essential for healing.
I believe a solid relationship with your therapist is key to growth and change, and I’m not here to tell you what you should be doing or could have done differently. I know how unhelpful that is. I understand the parts you can’t put into words, the hard things, the guilt, and the anxiety you feel. I really look forward to connecting with you.
