I will offer an experienced and grounded presence and a commitment to walking with you on your journey. You will be met with compassion, empathy and curiosity to find healing and acceptance. Therapy can be a transformational experience in a safe and collaborative space to address change, self criticism, wanting more from life or feeling stuck. There are many tools that we both have and can use to create insight and connection, and I look forward to accessing the tools with you.
I provide a curious and holistic space to explore and move toward increased safety and connection. I also believe in the practical use of therapy to identify what drives responses and beliefs about ourselves and our relationships. For this reason, I also have training in Cognitive therapies, Emotional Focused therapy and EMDR.
