Hi! My name is Gianna and I’m honored to be doing this work together. I fully believe that therapy does not have to be stiff and intense all the time - there is a ton of value in infusing lightness and humor into the process of making sense of our human experience, who we have been, and who we wish to be!
Our work together is a space where we collaboratively explore what healing, ease, and connection mean to you in your world. I gently hold a goal in mind of helping my clients return to a loving relationship with their minds and body. We all have an innate healing system within us, and the therapy container unearths only what is already there.
My "therapy style" merges narrative therapy, somatics, and parts work to access our inner healing system. I work to be sure my lens is always trauma-informed, decolonizing, feminist, humanistic, and most importantly - always evolving!
