As an associate, I am Supervised by Nicole Richardson, LPC-S, LMFT-S. This means that I consult weekly with a more senior therapist to ensure that I am offering my clients the best of care. Everyone loves a new baby in the family, but it is often difficult for parents to feel seen and supported during one of the most challenging times in their lives. I enjoy working with people in intimate partnerships and individuals who are new parents or trying to be new parents. There is so much to explore here: your new identity as a parent, learning how to parent, and figuring out how your relationships have changed with everyone in your life.

I enjoy working with clients who want the most out of life, who want loving, fulfilling relationships, balance, and joy. The clients I work with are looking for a longer commitment to therapy as we explore who they are; this includes cultural and familial influences, and childhood belief systems. If this is something you want, you've come to the right place.

I conceptualize my clients from an attachment perspective. I use Interpersonal neurobiology, feminist theory, parts work, as well as techniques from Gottman and EFT. All that means is I believe that people are capable of change, are deeply relational and connected at heart, and that trauma impacts us but cannot define us. I see couples and individuals.
