Accepting new clients in person & virtual. I am a licensed mental health and substance abuse therapist. I am also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for the treatment of PTSD. I have specialized in substance abuse treatment for 5 years and very familiar with treatment options and resources. Some other specialties include anxiety, depression, self esteem and life transitions.
My goal as a therapist is to help people live a fulfilling life that they want to be present for each day. Building off of client strengths, we will embody a mindset that is working for you, rather than against you. I have a passion for helping people reach their full potential and establish improved physical and mental health.
