Greetings and welcome to my page! I work with people who are seeking help with life transitions, identity work (gender, sexuality, LGBTQ+, race, and all other identities), neurodiversity, relationship issues with themselves and others, and all of the emotions and anxiety that may come with. My goal is to create a space that feels warm, supportive, and encourages you to explore your emotions and challenges in a way that feels safe. I believe our challenges do not need to stop us from living our best lives, and that working towards personal goals and values is a path to change.
I mainly support individuals using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I use a combination of skill building, emotional regulation/mindfulness practices, self-reflection, and actions toward values to help people work through whatever they are facing. I also have extensive experience working with neurodivergent minds (autism, ADHD, etc), like my own.
