I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 6 years of experience supporting individuals through challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I’ve worked in a variety of mental health settings, including inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient programs. I have experience working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ADHD, and I strive to create a safe, inclusive environment for self-reflection and growth. My goal is to help clients identify strengths, develop coping skills, and build insight that leads to meaningful and lasting change.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Arcadia University with a certification in trauma treatment. My approach combines evidence-based practices with genuine empathy and curiosity about each client’s unique experience.
