I am Gia Reyes and I am a first-generation immigrant and mother. Knowing how overwhelming and uncomfortable life transitions can be, I provide a safe and nurturing space to process issues and life-changes, with the end-goal of achieving equilibrium in the pursuit of joy, happiness and contentment. I also have lived experience of how challenging it can be to move to another country, with perhaps conflicting values and traditions for the children.
We can work towards minimizing family conflict due to generational and cultural differences, and learn healthy communication skills. We can address your anxieties and fears about 'losing' your culture, your values and traditions.
