Hi, I’m Gia Hill, a master’s level therapist at Life Counseling Institute. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I truly respect the courage it takes to begin. My hope is to offer you a welcoming, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what’s been weighing on you, without judgment. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start; we’ll take things one step at a time, together.
I have expertise in supporting individuals struggling with OCD and anxiety. I understand how disruptive anxiety is and how intrusive thoughts, rituals, and intense fears can disrupt daily life. I use evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
While evidence-based methods guide my work, therapy with me is always collaborative and individualized, centered on your unique experiences, values, and strengths. My goal is to help you make sense of these experiences, build effective coping skills, and reconnect with the parts of life that matter most to you.
