Hello, I am Gia Bradley, a clinical mental health counselor dedicated to providing culturally competent, empathetic, and supportive care at a holistic level. Through an integrative approach I can meet the needs of clients seeking support for various challenges they may be experiencing in their lives. I utilize an integrative strengths-based approach, combining Psychodynamic theory with Reality or Choice Theory, and mindfulness practices to conceptualize the needs of each client. I also provide a non-judgmental and compassionate space for couples that may be dealing with addictions/recovery, trauma & affairs, or general relational challenges.
