I'm eclectic in my practice, using therapeutic evidenced based modalities, such as CBT (cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical behavior therapy) Art therapy/creative therapy, person centered therapy, family therapy etc. with a specialty in eating disorders/body image issues and self-esteem .
