It is key for clients to feel safe and understood in sessions, which is why I prioritized a trauma-informed approach and treat clients as experts on themselves. I cater sessions to the needs of each client. Areas of Focus: anxiety, depression, OCD, borderline personality, trauma, bipolar, obsessional thoughts/behaviors, and intrusive thoughts.
