Are anxiety, depression, and trauma creating roadblocks in your life? Does it feel like there is a disconnect between you and the world around you? I provide an eclectic somatic approach based in mindfulness, gestalt, sensorimotor, and internal family systems. I am here to be a warm and grounded presence. You will work with parts of yourself that are traumatized, hurt, ignored, vulnerable, or angry. You will integrate these parts and find joy in knowing them. A life with less suffering is possible.
