Teen Support Group
MINDFULNESS AND CREATING CONNECTIONS. Learning mindfulness allows teens to be open-minded and check-in with their inner selves. Teens can utilize these coping skills in their life when they may be feeling uncomfortable emotions or their inner critic becomes loud. Mindfulness techniques will allow teens to better navigate their inner world so they can be more present in their outer world. Our Groups will: Help teens to identify and regulate their emotions. Increase confidence and self-esteem. Support teens in navigating friendships, relationships and communication. Encourage teens to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives
