We all encounters situations in life that call for guidance. I believe you are the expert in your own life and have the answers you need within. My approach is direct and down to earth and my goal is to offer a safe, sacred, non-judgmental and supportive space and guidance for you to find them.
I am a Certified Gestalt Therapist, Systemic Constellation Facilitator, and EMDR Trained. In addition to traditional things people seek therapy for, I also offer psychedelic integration work. I have personal experience with earth medicines including Ayahuasca, Kambo and Bufo (5MEO DMT) as well as Therapeutic MDMA.
I believe therapists should be continually doing their own work. We can only ask our clients to go as far as we have gone ourselves. I know how hard it is to sit in the other chair. I also know how rewarding my life is now because of that hard work.
