I can help you find out what's going on with your relationships and to name your deeper truth and find new ways to work through issues that come up. I believe life challenges us to grow, and feeling stuck, struggling with emotions or communication, or feeling out of sync creates the desire to improve and grow. So, whether you feel confused, anxious, sad, fearful, or angry in your life and your relationships, I can teach you the tools needed so you can find out what it's like to live your most authentic life.
I am a licensed professional counselor who works with individuals and couples to create happier and healthier lives. I specialize in helping you improve relationships, decrease anxiety, and heal from past trauma and abuse. I also believe that we all have an intrinsic drive to heal and grow and our circumstances can be our greatest challenge.
I use Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Developmental Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brain Research, and Mindfulness techniques; and my goal for you is to learn how to open to your own self-compassion and deep insights into your life and be who you most authentically are.
