I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional and behavioral challenges, family and relationship concerns, caregiver stress, abuse and neglect, school-related difficulties, life transitions, and transitions following adolescent psychiatric hospitalization. Together, we build on strengths and develop practical skills for lasting change.
I have experience working with all ages, supporting individuals and families through trauma, abuse and neglect, emotional and behavioral challenges, anxiety, relationship and parenting concerns, school-related issues, developmental disabilities, crisis intervention, life transitions, and caregiver stress in a compassionate, trauma-informed environment.
