Each and every day we are faced with life challenges. In my perinatal, postpartum and grief work with clients, I have developed a unique understanding of the many competing emotions - love, sadness, anger, exhaustion, resentment and more. If you are pregnant or postpartum you may struggle with the emotional roller coaster that comes with having a newborn. If you are grieving you may feel devastated or even numb.
New parents can struggle as they cope with the demands of a new baby amidst the challenges of little sleep, anxiety, loss of connection, and trouble maintaining their own wellbeing. Grieving a loss of a loved one can be a tsunami of emotions - love, sadness, guilt, resentment and more. I offer a safe compassionate space to explore these intense emotions.
I am a master’s level clinician with 13 years of experience working in perinatal, postpartum and grief support and certified in CBT, DBT, Compassionate Bereavement Care and postgraduate training in postpartum depression: assessment, treatment and advance clinical practice.
