The parenting journey can be emotionally and physically exhausting. Balancing your needs with those of your children can be challenging and overwhelming at times. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I provide support to parents of newborns and children of all ages.

A better understanding of your inner experiences can reduce the intensity of these strong emotions and provide a sense of relief.
