About
You deserve to be happy and you deserve to experience all of the joy that life has to offer. If substance use, anxiety, depression, or any other problem is keeping you from living the life that you want to live, I would love to help you. I am committed to working with you to identify and remove the barriers that stand between you and your joy.
I have been working with individuals presenting with substance use and co-occurring disorders since 2018. I also have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and loss. I will offer a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy utilizing evidence based and client centered treatment modalities.
It is alright to not have it all together, it is alright to struggle, and it is alright to ask for help. You can get better and you do not have to do this alone. If you are struggling please reach out and take this first step towards improving your life.
