I specialize in the treatment of couples and families experiencing parenting, communication and/or infidelity issues as well as treating adolescents and adults with ADHD/ADD. I also have specialized training in helping individuals work through pornography, sex addiction and/or gaming addiction (computer, phone and/or console based video games). I see adolescents, couples and families. I use a solutions-focused and narrative approach; using various techniques and interventions that help my clients build off of their current and past positive behaviors and thought patterns. I am also an independent Love and Logic Facilitator.

At times, we all find ourselves pushed to the limits of what we can cope with. We work hard to escape familiar, painful cycles, only to end up where we began. Our patients are individuals, couples or groups who have been struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorder and other behavioral challenges that have made ordinary day to day functioning impossible or extremely difficult. Through evidence-based clinical mental health therapy that includes EMDR, CBT, DBT, and SFBT, we assess, and diagnose individuals, couples and groups providing evidenced-based treatment plans.

I specialize in assessment and counseling of Dyslexia, Learning Disabilities, Language Disorders, ADHD, Executive Functioning Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Disorders in Children, Teens, and Adults. I perform evals for Special Education, Child Custody, Disability Claims Evals, Marriage/Couples, Substance Abuse/Use, and Forensic purposes.
