Our ideal client is someone who may be experiencing anxiety and stress that feels overwhelming, and is looking for someone to help them work through it. It might be their first time seeking out therapy, or it might be their 100th time trying out therapy again. Our client is someone who is willing to dig deeper into their past and gain clarity into their life to improve their situation and future.

My aim is to help you feel empowered and hopeful from our first meeting. I see our work as having 3 stages. The first is building a sense of safety and trust that provides a steady from which to do our collaborating. During this phase, new skills are offered as a way to give you more confidence in your ability to navigate daily struggles. In the second phase we explore the roots of your challenges and how your can unravel from old patterns and beliefs. This allows you to experience life differently and try on new ways of being. Finally, we integrate what you've learned and create meaning from your experiences.

I am a licensed psychologist with extensive experience working with a variety of clients of differing ages who seek to improve the quality of their lives. Working as a team, I help my clients focus on reaching personal goals and address the concerns and stressors that negatively impact their lives.

I practice soul work, helping restore and heal our connection to our deepest Self. I especially work with military and veterans, spiritual seekers, writers and artists in all genres, mid-life crises, men's issues, trauma and abuse survivors. I do not practice conventional therapy for merely repairing our issues and adjusting to unhappy conditions. My new office is in downtown Boston, on Franklin St. I offer a welcoming and secure place for your child to explore issues of anxiety, depression, PTSD and more. I am a Registered play therapist, and Licensed mental health counselor who engages in children's natural play language to unpack and examine life's challenges. I also use art, sandtray and mindfulness to teach coping tools, and help children and teens understand their internal world. I am available to see children, teens, and adults. Together we will co-create a creative and productive therapeutic experience.
