Angst vor Angst und Panikattacken? Oft führt das dazu, Ängste zu vermeiden und seine eigentlichen Bedürfnisse hinten an zu stellen. Z.B. bestimmte Dinge nicht zu sagen oder tun. Dies verstärkt oft die Angst, die Dich dann abhält, authentisch zu sein und Dein Potential zu leben. Aber das muss nicht so bleiben! Im Laufe meiner 20-jährigen Praxis habe ich vielen Menschen anhand verschiedener Interventionen helfen können, mit ihren Ängsten besser umzugehen.

Fast alle meine deutschen Landsleute sprechen und verstehen Englisch. Dennoch ist es sehr hilfreich eine deutschsprachige Therapeutin zu haben, weil wir tiefer in Probleme eindringen, wenn wir unsere Muttersprache benutzen. Ich bin in der BRD aufgewachsen und habe auf der FU in Berlin Diplom-Psychologie studiert. Mein Schwerpunkt mit Klienten war Familien- und Kindertherapie. In den USA habe ich mich dann auf Erwachsene mit Traumata, Angst, Depression, Beziehungskonflikten und Coabhaengigkeit spezialisiert. Ausserdem unterstuetze ich Kuenstler und Entertainer, da ich selber Buchautorin bin und ueber 70 Artikel veroeffentlicht (PT).

These issues are not limited to, but include arousal and orgasm, sexual desire, compulsive sexual behavior, masturbation issues, premature or delayed ejaculation, pain during sexual activity and psychological issues around monogamy, infidelity, boredom and wanting a change in one's sexual repertoire. The goal is often increased eroticism, heightened intimacy, and decreased anxiety during sex. My aim is for you to overcome the problems that result from negative feelings and behaviors and to achieve your full sexual potential.
