My twenty years of experience as a therapist has put me in the position to better understand myself and to effectively guide the therapeutic process. I have chosen the Internal Family Systems model because it provides a way to understand and approach burdensome thoughts, feelings, and emotions in a humane and accessible manner that honors each individual.
There really is a way to feel better and to feel more at ease with yourself and with life. I have experienced it myself through my own therapeutic work and have been fortunate to witness it in my clients.
