As a bilingual counselor, I guide adults navigating complex emotional and relationship challenges shaped by identity, relationships, and transitions. I help clients explore the lasting impact of immigrant experiences, relocation, emotional abuse, neglect, abandonment, bullying, and growing up in a parentified role. I also support individuals coping with grief and loss, as well as those working through mixed emotions or challenges related to accepting a family member's identity. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
