Life is a full of seasons; seasons of struggle and challenges, seasons of processing, and seasons of healing. I am a support system you can use to help navigate your season. Many clients I work with have experienced significant trauma. They seek counseling because they battle with the anxiety, depression, addiction, or PTSD that so commonly follows those events. I am very passionate about supporting my clients in establishing genuine identity and relationship stability. The counseling process can help you develop the emotional and cognitive “muscles” you need to experience freedom and confidence in YOUR world.

I use various approaches for counseling which include Trauma Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused, Person-Centered, Strength-Based, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Marriage Therapy. When requested by clients, I am comfortable incorporating faith into your counseling experience.
