My practice is all about supporting people who feel like they don’t belong to any one group or don’t fit the usual mold—whether that’s because of anxiety, being neurodivergent or an introvert, cultural or racial identity, or anything else that makes you unique. I’ve been on my own healing journey, so I know how important it is to be truly heard. I focus on building real connections, helping you spot what’s causing stress or anxiety, and shining the light on the cracks where we create space for change
My approach is flexible and collaborative: we’ll figure out together what works best for you, and I’ll tailor resources to fit your needs. With over 20 years of experience in mental health, addictions and hospital spiritual support, I know a wide range of tools and resources and can use them creatively.
