My coaching specialities include executive/professional development; health, wellness and body image; and life transitions. As a therapist, I use an integrative and eclectic approach tailored to each client. I am also a certified Reiki II practitioner, for those interested in augmenting therapy with energy healing.
A varied career in corporate public relations, journalism and the arts inform my worldview as a coach and therapist. I also help clients create effective online dating profiles that reflect their authenticity and uniqueness. Education: Emerson College, NYU. Currently, the only Strozzi Institute somatic coach in northern NJ.
