About
Highly effective in accompanying individuals face new or chronic challenges with mental health such as anxiety/panic, relationships, mood dis-regulation, loss and PTSD from emotional or physical trauma. Life events and emotional/behavioral patterns can create obstacles making your life difficult and making changes even harder. Examining your needs in relation to current and past influences can expand personal resources and creates space for new understanding and making alternative and better choices. My psychoanalytic and somatic orientations offer an in-depth and practical path towards integrating past and present, mind and body
I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 30 years, having a background in child therapy and adult psychoanalysis as well as incorporating somatic/body information in our understanding of you as a whole individual. This allows for us to use a broad range of tools so that the therapy addresses and targets what and where needs emotional repair and healing.
Our safe reciprocity supports your explorations, emerging changes and new hope for living your life with more satisfaction. My clinical sensitivity and style of focusing allows us to address your unique issues, needs and outcomes. As the therapeutic relationship develops, feelings of trust and confidence will provide the space for productive change.
