I have worked 15+ years with individuals and families who have experienced or are currently struggling with anxiety, depression, women's issues, life transitions, loss, aging and relationships. It has been my privilege over the years to work collaboratively with clients to develop coping strategies and foster growth.
Therapy is a journey and it requires courage and commitment. Together we will explore your strengths, navigate challenges and begin your journey towards healing and self exploration. My therapeutic style integrates evidence based practices with a person centered approach, tailoring each session to meet your specific needs and goals.
