Hello, my name is Geraldine Jones, referred to as Gerri Jones. I am the therapist and Senior CEO/President of Early Horizon Community PLLC. I have 30 plus combined years of experience in Social Work, Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Community Based Program Development.
