An eclectic approach helps the client choose their own path to healing.
People come into therapy for a specific purpose or for a precipitating event. When they find an accepting, non-judgmental, and informative setting, they often feel comfortable addressing other issues. Finding resolutions and coping mechanisms for a number of issues speeds them on to a happier and healthier life.
