About
I welcome everyone from all walks of life. My goal is to gain an in-depth knowledge of your specific needs using our talk space to deepen self-awareness, using psycho-education, and empathically nurture growth by providing the tools needed to achieve goals. The initial session will focus on completing a comprehensive assessment. I have worked with families, children, adolescents, and adults. I will guide, support, mentor, and collaborate with you on establishing goals to best meet your needs.
I continue my learning and development on the impact of trauma and neuroscience. Understanding how the nervous system responds to trauma and using strategies to reduce stress levels has been of interest to me and helped inform my practice. I've also dedicated training to the impact of grief and loss along with race dynamics.
Please feel free to reach out to me for consultation. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions.
