I am an interactive therapist, practicing for more than 30 years. My preference is to work with individuals or couples helping them understand how "old" dynamics, and behaviors impact their current relationships. And, then to coach them to make positive changes. I have worked quite a bit with couples who have experienced infidelity. I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression or other concerns. Further, I have had a lot of experience working with healthcare professionals and first responders. In addition, I am a GAL (guardian ad litem) and have done quite a lot of legal work around divorce.
I offer an interactive, communicative style which includes psycho-education as well as humor. I may suggest reading materials, videos, etc. I have worked with many healthcare professionals (MDs and nurses, etc), as well as police and fire personnel.
