It is my belief that within each of us, the mind, body, and spirit work in unison to maintain a sense of balance and wellness. However, there are times when we may encounter challenges and unanticipated events that may cause a disturbance in these areas, which may be evidenced by undesirable thoughts, feelings or behaviors. I have the required training, licensure and experience to practice individual, group, and marriage/family counseling with all age groups encompassing a general range of presenting problems/concerns.
My experience includes working with individuals of all ages to resolve problems, work through life transitions, and learn to live and experience life in a more successful and pleasurable way. I have experience working with clients who suffer from: PTSD, crisis, mood disorders, behavioral disorders, addictions, anxiety/depression, ADHD, Autism, and grief/loss
It is my goal to provide a safe, supportive, and appropriately challenging environment that encourages hope and personal growth. Your sense of balance and wellness is top priority as we work together to develop individualized coping skills to increase your potential as a fully capable and dynamic individual.
