I help families improve their functioning and relationships. For individuals, you and I will identify your concerns, discover the unhelpful thoughts and patterns of behaviors which keep you stuck and find ways to have a happier, healthier life. I also specialize in complicated grief.
I work with many client challenges including complicated grief/loss, divorce/separation, parenting, premarital counseling, child behavior and mental health, anger management, depression, anxiety, work-life balance, attachment, foster care, adoption, infertility, families with special needs children, self esteem, women's issues, and improving family systems.
