I am a professionally trained Clinician; Licensed in the State of Florida in Mental Health. Additionally, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern. In my practice, I have developed a strength-based assessment that provides the foundation for a holistic treatment plan.

I use a variety of treatment approaches including solution-focused, psycho-education, insight, and coaching. I specialize in relationships, parenting, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress management, ADHD, and self-esteem.
