I’m here to help you manage stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. As an immigrant and breast cancer survivor, I know firsthand how tough it can be to adapt to change and face challenges. My own experiences with loss, blended families, and anxiety allow me to connect deeply with clients who are going through similar struggles. I’m passionate about helping people build meaningful lives and strengthen their relationships. If you’re interested, I offer counseling that incorporates Christian perspectives while respecting all beliefs. Services are available in both English and Spanish.

The counseling process is based on a relationship characterized by trust, confidentiality and mutual respect where the client is the expert on her/his issues and together we identify the goals that you will like to work on. Immigration evaluations are performed in a compassionate environment where your story can be shared safely.

I’m a licensed counselor with a doctorate in Counseling Education. I offer services in both English and Spanish. My team of bilingual counselors has a diverse range of expertise, including individual and couple’s therapy, grief and loss counseling, and support for anxiety and depression.
