For couples, this means learning to meet each other from a more open, heart-centered and authentic place. Real change begins when you come home to yourself.
My approach is warm, engaged, and insight-driven. With a background in mind-body disciplines, and influenced by wholistic approaches, I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy, neuroscience, and somatic approaches to support emotional regulation, deepen self-trust, and support meaningful, lasting change in how you live and relate.
As a post doctoral psychology trainee under the supervision of Dr. Jacobs, I offer a person-centered, grounded, and supportive space where you can feel seen and understood.
