My passion is in helping people navigate their complex lives by providing counseling to individuals, families and conducting group counseling for ages six and above. My creative and non-traditional approach to therapy is used to address issues that impact the individual and the family system. I look forward to meeting and helping you traverse the waters of life and become healthier through the process.

My passion is helping adolescent boys, teens & young adult men as they navigate through challenging periods in their lives. By empowering adolescents, teens & young adult men with the tools and support they need, they are able to get "unstuck" and move forward with more confidence. Many of my clients struggle with their peer relationships and may suffer with social anxiety or low self-esteem, thus avoiding social interactions altogether. In the absence of fulfilling peer relationships, they may develop an over reliance on video games, social media, or other electronics use.

I have a passion for helping those who are struggling with navigating through some of life's tough challenges. My goal is to join in on the journey and help you face those tough challenges by developing lifelong coping skills in an environment that is accepting to your individualized needs.

The Lifestyle Center offers Court-Approved Classes for adults and juveniles. Our classes are designed to help court-mandated individuals improve their decision-making skills in all areas of life. With us, each person will have a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and navigate the root of their issue.

As a female therapist, my passion is to inspire others, both men and women of all races, to run after their destiny by understanding who they are and their unique purpose, while healing from their past, in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. Let's do the work and you will love the new you.

I am passionate about people! This includes individuals, adults, children, couples, and families. My entire career has focused on educating adults, students, children, and/or families with the skills they need to succeed. My clients describe me as warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. My work with clients focuses on emotional and/or behavioral issues using primarily, a combination of CBT and DBT approaches. These issues may include family problems, adjustment, life transitions, relationships, communication, depression, self-esteem, anxiety, or trauma.

Over the several decades I have been in practice, I have enjoyed a large number of approaches to the different and complex problems that face people. Helping clients find and energize their own internal resources is not only inspiring, it is also exciting. Although many of my friends and colleagues have retired, I have not because there is nothing that I would rather do.

Greetings, my name is Dr. Katherine Andrade and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have 26 years of experience working in the areas of Health, Mental Health, and Substance Use. I have worked as a school, mental health, medical, and military social worker. I have a Master's degree in Social Work as well as a Doctorate in Social Work. I specialize in working with adults/seniors with mental health and substance use challenges as well as family issues, stress, adjusting to medical challenges, and military/veteran issues.

Tired of talk therapy? We do little talking in sessions, whether with Equine-assisted Psychotherapy or Accelerated Resolution Therapy. We do "work" therapy. With EAP, you'll participate in activities outdoors on the ground with our team: a licensed mental health professional, an equine specialist and horses. When you trust the horse to be part of your counseling team, you feel more empowered to make changes. Horses are reflective and intuitive, and don't judge. ART uses rapid eye movement to help you reprogram how traumatic memories affect you. Keep the memory; lose the pain. Come "experience" therapy with us.
