It’s a safe place to connect with peers and find comfort in knowing that they are not alone. Girls will gain the tools they need to have strong relationships, make healthy choices, build positive self-esteem, relieve stress, and cope with intense emotions. Girls will feel strong, confident, and empowered! Group will run for a series of 6 weekly, 60-minute sessions and is closed to new members once started.
