I’m an IFS therapist who works with individuals and relationships. Many of the people I support have already done meaningful personal work, through therapy, self-study, or life experience, and are now seeking something deeper. Using a trauma-informed, Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, I guide you toward emotional clarity, lasting change, and a more grounded connection to yourself and others. I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. My focus is on empowering you to create deeper connections with yourself and others, fostering personal growth and emotional balance.

I grew up in this shared world full of trauma, confusion and sadness that often gets passed down generationally. My life became safe and clear after my own work and the result has been life giving. This process is not always easy or straight forward but healing and rewiring is worth more than the stars.
