I see adults of all ages and races. I am particularly knowledgeable regarding the difficulties of women in the workplace, and of parents, both male and female. I feel that connection with friends and significant others is essential to health and happiness and I try to help people deal with a society that often works against meaningful relationships.
I am a relational psychotherapist. I help clients focus on growing the relationships they have, forming new ones and understanding the ways their relationships may have fallen apart. I know that it can be frightening to be close to someone, to be vulnerable. It is an understandable fear, but it's a fear worth facing.
