My specialty is in behavior modification for children (beginning at 3 years old) and also trauma for children through adults. I also have experience working with anxiety, depression, bereavement, ADHD, self-harm, mood disorders, personality disorders, and anger management. I use evidence based therapy such as CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, and EMDR
I use a warm, non-judgmental approach to help clients better understand their patterns of feeling, thinking, and behaving and to learn to cope and communicate in healthier ways.
